Natalia* recently shared her story with us.
When she first found out she was pregnant, Natalia didn’t know what to do. She felt overwhelmed and alone, unsure of where to turn. Abortion seemed like the only option, so she called a clinic to schedule the procedure—but the conversation left her deeply unsettled. The person on the phone told her there was no rush—that she had plenty of time. It was said so casually, without care or concern. The casual, almost indifferent response made her pause—and in that moment, something shifted.
She realized just how late abortions are allowed in California, and it shook her. The reality hit hard—and it made her stop and really think about the decision she was about to make.
That’s when things began to shift. Through prayer, support from our team, and a visit to her local pregnancy center, Natalia found the courage to choose life. She realized that even though things weren’t going to be easy, she wasn’t alone—and she didn’t have to be afraid.
A close friend tried to talk her out of it, reminding her of health risks from a previous pregnancy. But Natalia felt a deep sense of peace in her choice. She knew she needed to trust God and take things one step at a time.
With practical support and encouragement, she’s now moving forward. She’s made an appointment for a 3D ultrasound and can’t wait to see her baby.
Natalia’s story is a powerful reminder that even in the most uncertain moments, hope is possible—and no woman should have to walk through that decision alone.
